Tina Varughese is a Canadian keynote speaker on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), cross-cultural communication, and workplace culture. Based in Calgary, Alberta, she has spoken to organizations across North America — from Hockey Canada and healthcare systems to HR conferences and incentive travel events. She is the author of 50 Shades of Beige: Building Bridges While Breaking Bias, which is also the title of her most-booked keynote.

The work
As an Indian-Canadian who grew up navigating cultural identity, Tina brings first-person experience to questions most speakers only theorize about.
